Suggested Summer Reading List for Students Entering 4th and 5th Grades

Below you will find a list of titles that the teachers have compiled as suggested list for summer reading.  We have chosen titles that will hopefully be of interest and enjoyment to your child!  When a student continues to read during the summer, a loss of skills from year to year is prevented.  We highly recommend that your child choose at least one of the books listed for the grade they will be entering to read this summer.  The teachers may have a class discussion about the books read when school begins.
